Meet Michael
Michael is the Founder and Senior Facilitator of RightBrain Consulting.
Michael Goldfried is an acclaimed director, coach & workshop leader and creator of the RightBrain Approach. He works privately with performers and business professionals and at Fortune 500 companies such as Capital One, American Airlines, Mass Mutual and IBM.
Michael utilizes empathic conversation, improvisation skills, performance technique and his background as a professional director to help people access their bravery, creativity and communication skills—taking their career and work life to the next level.
Michael holds an MFA in directing from Brown University, a BA from Vassar College, and has worked professionally on Broadway, Off-Broadway and throughout the country. He serves as Professor at Pace University and Marymount Manhattan College, and is Senior Facilitator for Corporate Education at iMergence and Improvolution.
Utilizing improvisation technique, performance skills and a background as a professional director, Michael’s helps people access their bravery, creativity and communication skills—expanding their careers and work collaboration. Michael’s humor, warmth and dynamic presence—paired with his result-oriented approach—makes the work both practical and fun. As a private coach, he fosters personal and professional transformation— resulting in greater confidence, finesse and self-esteem.

Holly is a Senior Facilitator of RightBrain Consulting.
Holly Mandel is the founder and Executive Director of iMergence Corporate Education, the founder of Improvolution Improv School in New York City & LA, The Groundlings Theater Company alumna and creator of the multimedia leadership & confidence-building program for women & girls, Good Girls Aren’t Funny.
She has worked extensively with both groups and individuals on leadership training and team dynamics, creating the conditions for greater autonomy, creativity, ownership, and innovation.
